The wine is bright in the glass, a Turkish delight pink with hues of red opal. The nose is gently perfumed with some savory notes, and hints of star anise and eastern spices. The Rosé fills the mouth with a diverse array of strawberry fruits, savory characters and some meaty complexity. This wine retains some natural grape juices that are harmoniously balanced by a gentle cleansing acidity and the softest of tannins.
Drink lightly chilled. Try with: Mushroom risotto, four seasons pizza, fish soup, quiche, leg ham, roast pork, lamb kebabs, or your favourite Asian dish.
