Pinot Noir Reserve
2013

The wine is fermented with wild yeast using traditional techniques and matured in fine French oak barriques for up to 12 months.

This is an intense wine with sour cherry, raspberry, dark plum and underlying smoky oak. A complex nose leaps from the glass and carries liquor cherry, violets, thyme, and forest floor characters. The natural acid extends its presence on the palate, and it finishes with distinct mouth cleansing tannins.

Pinot Noir
2013

The wine is fermented with cultured yeast using traditional techniques and matured in fine French oak barriques for up to 12 months.

A sweet spicy perfumed nose is redolent of cherries, raspberries with subtle oak underneath. The palate opens with strawberry characters, then revealing morello cherry, blackcurrant and spicy flavours. The wine finishes with soft tannins, gentle oak, lingering acidity and a residual strawberry aftertaste.

Blanc de Noir
2011

Our sparkling Blanc de Noir is made from 100 percent pinot noir grapes grown on the estate.

The 2011 Vintage was hand made using Methode Traditionnelle techniques. The wine has had two years in the bottle undergoing secondary fermentation with typical yeast flavours contributing to a full mouth feel and a long dry finish.

Brut Rosé
NV

Our sparkling Brut Rosé is made from 100 percent pinot noir grapes grown on the estate. The 2011 Vintage was hand made using Methode Traditionnelle techniques. Prior to disgorging the wine spent two years in the bottle undergoing secondary fermentation and maturing with resulting typical yeast flavours contributing to a full mouth feel and a long dry finish.

Pinot Grigio

In keeping with our focus on the Pinot Grape, the 2014 Pinot Grigio is made from 100 percent estate grown grapes. Picked early the Pinot Grogio is a stylish wine displaying musk, pear, citrus and spice characters with a clean fresh finish. Served chilled.

Rosé Summerwine

The 2014 Rosé is hand made with a blend of naturally occurring wild yeasts and cultured yeast using traditional techniques. The wine is made from 100 percent estate grown Pinot Noir using lightly pressed grapes and free run juice giving a medium bodied Rosé style with an intense flavour and bouquet. Serve lightly chilled it is an ideal Summer wine.
