Pretty pale peach pink with a fine persistent bead. The nose is delicate with fresh bread aromas and underlying nuances of strawberries. Initially the wine teases the palate with subtle rose petal flavours, then builds in the mouth displaying strawberry, mellow hazelnut and brioche characters as it moves towards the back palate. A low dosage provides a crisp acid backbone and ensures a satisfying dry finish.

Drink lightly chilled.

Try with: Canapés, antipasto, oysters, smoked salmon, seafood platter, minestrone soup, macaroni cheese, roast goose, blue cheese.
